Weight Loss Abroad was launched by UK based consultant surgeons to offer patients who want surgery overseas a safer option. Tired of seeing patients return from overseas, often Turkey, with avoidable complications we decided to introduce an overseas service of the same standard that patients expect in the UK, including surgery by GMC registered surgeons who also work in the NHS.

You get the same protections when you have surgery with us that you would enjoy if you were having surgery at your local private hospital.

We have identified an award-winning hospital in India that is accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers. Your surgery there would be done by Professor Rishi Singhal. Professor Singhal is a UK-based consultant surgeon operating in the NHS.
